A: As a Referrer, you can earn 25% of the revenue that OptimHire makes as your commission on all successful hires, within six months from the date of signup via your referral link. For inactive clients or candidates, you will earn 12.5% of the revenue.

A: A Referral Fee is the amount that a client pays on a successful hire. The amount is decided by the client for each job posting.

Q: How do I sign up to become a Referrer?

A: You can sign up to become a Referrer by visiting the Referral Program page on website, OptimHire.com. There you will find a sign-up form where you can submit your information and request to become a Referrer.

Q: Can I refer multiple clients or candidates?

A: Yes, you can refer as many clients or candidates as you would like. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
