A: Log into your account, then go to my reports and click on Refer and Earn. You can directly email your friends, family, colleagues, etc or share the referral link with them on WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

Q: Is there any charge for participating in mastertrust’s Refer and Earn program?

A: No, this program is free for everyone.

Q: How will I get the referral code?

A: Once you sign up for the program, an auto-generated referral code for every offer we publish will be provided to you.

Q: When will I be eligible for the referral reward?

A: Once your referees open and activate an account using your referral code, you will be awarded.

Q: How will I receive my referral rewards?

A: The reward amount will be credited to your trading ledger account by the 15th of the subsequent month in which the referred client opens an account with us.

Q: What happens if my friend signs up without using my referral link or uses an incorrect referral code?

A: Unfortunately, no credits will be given to you in such a scenario.

A: Yes, the status of your referrals is updated as soon as their accounts are activated.

A: Absolutely, you can refer as many people as you want.

Q: How is the TDS calculated for Refer & Earn?

A: If any client gets a referral credit of more than Rs. 15,000 in any financial year, TDS shall be deducted on the whole amount.

A: The person who referred first will be considered. The timestamp on the database will verify this.
